Should I use a moisturizer
with my skin care cream?
Yes. As your skin undergoes the process of rejuvenation it is not uncommon
for it to become dry. It is important to restore lost moisture.
What if my dermatologist has prescribed topical medications for
my face?
In general, medications should be applied after cleansing and toning—before
any skin rejuvenation creams. You may need to ask your doctor about
your specific Skinsiderations product if you are being treated
for a particular skin condition.
Is it normal for my skin to look red and feel sensitive?
Initial irritation may occur with your Skinsiderations product.
Some areas of the skin are more sensitive than others; namely,
around the eyes and mouth. If you experience irritation, decrease
the use of your product to every other day for at least 3-4 weeks,
then return to the recommended routine. If these symptoms persist
or worsen, stop usage and contact your retailer.
Can I be in the sun when using my Skinsiderations Products?
The first several weeks of skin rejuvenation make the skin more sensitive
to sun and heat. In general, we recommend as little direct sun
exposure as possible between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm. Remember,
ultraviolet light is responsible for rapid aging of the skin. However,
because Skinsiderations products have sun protection in them, you
are getting good daily coverage.
When can I expect to see results?
Your skin will begin to show improvement in 4-6 weeks. This is
the length of time it takes for new skin cells to replace the
damaged skin. Gradually, you will notice diminished fine lines
and wrinkles. The tone and texture will improve resulting in
a brighter and smoother appearance.
